Check in, and get on with your day
Rate what is actually bothering you, note what the day held, and you are done. Marlune only ever asks about the symptoms you chose to follow, so it stays short even once your history is long.

The transition can bring dozens of shifting symptoms over several years, and they rarely arrive one at a time. Marlune takes about twenty seconds a day and gives the mess a shape.

An illustration of the kind of pattern Marlune surfaces. Your own chart is drawn only from your own check-ins.
It arrives without an announcement, and the hardest part is not knowing whether it is you or whether it is this.
How it works
Nothing here asks you to keep a diary or weigh your food. You answer a handful of taps and Marlune does the noticing.

After a couple of weeks the days begin to line up. Which things tend to travel together, what usually sits alongside a harder night, and whether this month is genuinely worse or only feels that way.
One page, built from the days you logged, to read before you go and hand over when you get there. It stays free, because arriving with evidence should not be the paid tier.
What you get
Where the line is
Plenty of apps will tell you what caused what. Marlune will not, because with a few weeks of one person's symptom scores nobody honestly can. When there is not enough to go on it says so, and that silence is the feature.

Questions
No. Marlune is a wellness and education app. It does not diagnose, it does not treat, and it has not been cleared by the FDA, the MHRA or any other regulator. It records what you tell it and reports patterns in your own logged days back to you.
No. You can use Marlune straight away without signing up. Connecting an Apple or Google account later means your history is backed up and you can sign in on a new phone, which is the only reason to do it.
Yes, and it stays free. Walking into an appointment with a record of your own days is the most useful thing this app does, and putting that behind a subscription would be the wrong call.
It is encrypted, it is never sold, and it is never used for advertising. You can export everything you have logged, or delete all of it, from inside the app. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
An AI model, running through our own backend, not a clinician. Answers can be incomplete or wrong, every conversation carries that reminder, and your conversations are never used to train any model.
