What you get
Marlune+ gives you your trends going back three months, six months and a year, unlimited conversations with Juno (your private AI companion), as many treatment trials as you like, your lab results read back in plain language, months in review, a second Streak Freeze, and every accent theme. Daily check-ins, your insights, the doctor visit summary and its PDF, symptom and cycle tracking, and the reading library are free in Marlune and are not part of the subscription. You receive all of it for the entire length of each subscription period, and for every period the subscription renews into.
Marlune without a subscription remains usable for daily check-ins and includes three Juno conversations per day.
Plans and pricing
- Marlune+ Yearly is an annual subscription. It runs for 12 months and costs $49.99 per year, charged once as a single payment of $49.99. That single payment works out to $4.17 per month.
- Marlune+ Monthly is a monthly subscription. It runs for 1 month and costs $9.99 per month, charged every month.
Prices shown here are in United States dollars. At the point of purchase you will see the price in your own currency, which may vary by region and by local tax. The price the App Store shows you at that moment is the price that applies, and it is the same price shown on this page.
Free trial
New subscribers get 30 days free. When the trial ends you will be billed $49.99 per year on the Yearly plan, or $9.99 per month on the Monthly plan. To pay nothing, turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you buy a subscription while a free trial is still running, the unused part of that trial is forfeited.
How payment works
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the renewal price shown above. Subscriptions are purchased inside the Marlune app through the App Store. Marlune does not sell subscriptions on this website.
How to cancel or manage your subscription
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew at any time. Open Settings on your device, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then select Marlune. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Learn more in Apple's guide to managing subscriptions on your Apple device.
Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store are billed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple rather than by Marlune. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you are having trouble, contact us at marluneappsupport@gmail.com and we will help you get to the right place.
Where you can subscribe
Marlune+ is sold only through the App Store, as an in-app purchase. There is no separate web checkout, and there is no cheaper price somewhere else. This page exists so you can read the terms before you decide, not so you can buy here.

Marlune is licensed to you under the Marlune Terms of Use set out on this page, not under Apple's standard license, because a health app needs medical scope and health data terms that a generic license does not carry. The same text is filed as the custom License Agreement on the Marlune App Store listing.
Where local consumer law gives you additional rights, including automatic renewal and distance selling rights in the United States and the European Union, those rights apply in addition to the terms above and are not limited by them.
